Asian Weddings are huge, beautiful affairs where a whole extended family can come together and join in the celebration of love for the bride and groom. Our experience of wedding hire around the Thames Valley area has meant we have had to understand how to deal with weddings from many ethnicities and backgrounds and the specific needs that these have.
Some of the specific details we can help with when it comes to Asian Weddings include:
Chafing Dish Hire
One of the best parts of any Asian Wedding is the amazing food that is on offer for guests to eat throughout the day. Chafing dishes and chafing burners are a great way to keep food warm for a period of time, helping to ensure everyone gets to eat.
We have a large selection of chafing dish hire in stock, with pans in various different gastronorm sizes to help you serve the food the way you want to. We also stock large quantities of chafing fuel so that you can be sure we’ve got enough to help you keep your food warm, no matter how big your wedding is.
With some weddings having guest lists easily into the hundreds, it means a whole lot of crockery is going to be needed to serve food to all the guests. It’s not just about one dinner plate either – a big wedding order will have plates for sides, starters and desserts plus cups, teapots and coffee pots for hot drinks.
Every catering hire company worth their salt has a good range of crockery hire. The key however is the amount of stock availability is on offer for a big wedding – and this is where we often come up trumps. Our huge amount of crockery hire always in stock means we can cater for even the biggest of weddings without a worry.
Send it back dirty
Picture the scene – the morning after the wedding, all the guests have gone and all the crockery, cutlery and catering equipment hired has to be packed up, ready to be collected. Would you want to have to spend time cleaning every single plate, knife, fork and spoon? It’s the last thing you would want to think about.
For a fee of 25% of the hire price, we can add a service to an order called “send it back dirty”. Instead of standing over a hot sink, scrubbing brush in hand, all you need to do is to scrape off any food items, drain any liquids from glasses and then repack items for us to collect. Once we get it back to the warehouse, we’ll professionally clean items so you don’t have to.
