What do I need to know about display cabinet hire?

Display Cabinets can come in many shapes and sizes, but they all have a few things in common. They have glass walls and top along with LED lights so that potential customers and partners can see your wares in the case with ease. Some come with a lockable storage area to make it easy to sell from the cabinet; others have rotating shelving to ensure everything is easy to see.

There are two normal heights and widths for these cabinets. We offer display cabinets at counter height, which can be used as the frontage of a stand to serve clients easily. We also offer tall counter cabinets which are great as a display area on their own. We also offer single door and double door units, which make it easier to decide what can fit in the space you have.

How does delivery of display cabinet hire work?

All of our display cabinets are cleaned and checked prior to dispatch. Because these cabinets are heavy, awkward to move and fragile there is a delivery surcharge applicable for these items. This is because we must use two or more staff to deliver these safely. Access is absolutely key; it should be flat with wide open doorways otherwise delivery may not be possible.

It doesn’t matter if it’s a small trade show, an exclusive product launch or even a big exhibition – no business needs to stress about getting items delivered to them in good time. We’ve been delivering exhibition hire throughout south Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey for some time and we’ve come to understand how we can make the process smooth for everyone.

The most important thing we need is information – the name of the show, the hall number if applicable and the stand number. If a customer puts all of that into the delivery details when placing the order, it means our driver can deliver to and collect from the stand directly – even if the customer isn’t there.
